The database collects Belgian case law relating to judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters in the European area of freedom, security and justice, and in particular that which applies the regulations concerned by the project.
The database is compiled by the Eurocoordinators collecting and periodically sending the decisions handed down in their respective jurisdictions. These decisions are anonymised and provided with a summary and a list of key words. These are limited to the part of the decisions that concerns the application of the said regulations and are intended to direct the user to the subject of his or her search, depending on whether it relates to the scope of application, jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement, etc.
The database is maintained by the IFJ.
